Possibly abandoned Car in Back Lane Car Park

Please can you help the town council with regards this vehicle?

The car appears to be abandoned in the car park. The town council would like to kindly give notice that if it is not removed by its owner measures will be taken to ensure it will be towed away.

Car parking spaces are at a premium in the car park and this vehicle should not remain parked here..
