Come along and meet BBC Radio York DJ Georgey Spanswick and watch as the Christmas Tree lights are switched on for 2025 at 5.30pm in the Buttermarket Cobbles.

Enjoy a spot of Christmas shopping and join in with a glass of mulled wine, carol singing and lots of festive cheer.
