Boroughbridge Lions
Lions are members of Lions Clubs International, a community service organisation
dedicated to the idea that the men and women who live in
a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why. Local Clubs
are part of the world's largest such organization, with 1.4 million members serving
in more than 180 countries and areas. The association is both non-political and
non-sectarian.

Some of our recent activities include:
- Santa's sleigh
- Message in a bottle
- Car parking duties for Aldborough & Boroughbridge Show
- Holidays for handicapped youths
Future projects include:
- Community work and expanding awareness of Lions International
Your Lions Club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at Boroughbridge Social
Club, Fishergate, Boroughbridge @ 8.00pm
