Cricket Club (Womens)

Established for over 30 years, Boroughbridge Ladies cricket club is based at the Sports club on Boroughbridge Road, Aldborough and plays in the Ladies Nidderdale League. The season runs from early May to early August and the 40 over matches are normally played on a Tuesday or Thursday evening. Such is the success of Boroughbridge Ladies Cricket that for the past 3 seasons the team has been either league champions or joint champions.
 
The club boasts one of the largest grounds in the league with 18 wickets available for play. A spacious clubhouse/pavilion provides changing and shower facilities, there is also a bar and comfortable club lounge which is licenced for the use of association members and their guests.
 
The club has regularly played host to the Yorkshire Ladies Cricket team over recent years. New members are always welcome and the team are particularly seeking to recruit junior members.
